No definite date for the rebid.** The location of construction is on a District-owned sanitary sewer easement located on 426 Woodhaven Court, Napa CA 94559. The project is for the procurement, installation, start-up and testing of a replacement sewer lift station as further described in the bid documents. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-10 Electrical Contractor" license at the time of contract award. Engineer Estimate: $175,000. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety In conformance with Public Contract Code Section 20129, bids must be valid for 60 days from the date bids are opened Each bidder must be licensed as required by law. The Contractor shall possess a Class "A" or "C-10 Electrical Contractor" license at the time of contract award.
