The City of Brazoria, Texas (City) is soliciting statements of qualifications (SOQ) for professional engineering services associatedwith proposed natural gas line infrastructure improvements. Theproposed project will include assistance in application preparationand documentation to Federal, State, and other possible fundingsources. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are expected to be funded by a grant from the US Department of Transportation (DOT) FY 2023 Natural Gas DistributionInfrastructure Safety and Modernization Program. Neither the Stateof Texas nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are orwill be a party to this RFQ, or any resulting contract. This RFQ isissued in accordance with Section 2254 of the Texas GovernmentCode (Professional Services Act) and Title 40 CFR Part 31 (UniformAdministrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments).
