Vibrant Arena is seeking bids for the construction/installation of a Restroom Specific bid information may be picked up at the Administrative Office of Vibrant Arena during regular business hours. Bidders are to direct all questions to Rocky Jones, Director of Finance at Vibrant Arena, 309-277-1310. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of 720 ILCS 5/33 E-1 et seq. and 720 ILCS 320/ 1-25 and other applicable laws and regulations.
