Helm Service was awarded this project in the amount of $38,824 Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Erin, Washington County, WI is requesting sealed bids for replacement of the heating system and installation of a ventilation system in the Highway Shop. If you wish to view the location of the project, please contact Supervisor Dean Schober at supervisorschober@erintownship.com to make arrangements to review the site. Per Wisconsin Statutes 60.47& 660901(4) the bid will be awarded to the lowest qualified bidder. A decision will not be made until the Town reviews the bid packets to determine the winner. 1) Remove and dispose of existing heating systems in garage area 2) Install new natural gas furnaces to heat garage area (approximately 50,000 sq.ft.) 3) Install ventilation system with air make up unit to remove vehicle/equipment exhaust and other fumes from garage area
