Renovation of a recreation facility in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of an amusement/recreational facility.
Vibrant Arena is seeking bids for the resurfacing/refinishing of a Basketball Floor. Bidders are to direct all questions to Rocky Jones, Director of Finance at Vibrant Arena, 309-277-1310. All bidders shall comply with the requirements of 720 ILCS 5/33 E-1 et seq. and 720 ILCS 320/ 1-25 and other applicable laws and regulations. Vibrant Arena and/or its Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or bids or to waive formalities in the Bidding Process, or cancel the invitation as its best interest may require, and may exercise any other rights under 720 ILCS 5/33 E-1 et seq., including, but not limited to, the right to renegotiate with the lowest responsible bidder a reduction in only the price term. Prospective bidders will be deemed ineligible for bid award if prospective bidder has any unsatisfied obligations with Vibrant Arena. Bidder on project must pay prevailing wages, where applicable. The project can begin immediately after the bid award date, which is anticipated to be July 20, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Project Awarded to "Leechman Flooring of Norwalk, IA at $21,240"
