Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 6,697 LF of 8" PVC waterline; 6,192 LF of 8" PVC gravity sanitary sewer; and 4,788 LF of 24"- 54" RCP storm sewer. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price and a two-year Maintenance Bond for 100 percent of the Contract Price. Project location: West of the intersection of Klosterhoff Rd. and Finney Vallet Rd. in Fort Bend County Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online system for such information to Engineer not less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening
