the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to damaged areas of the wet well walls and influent manhole; demolition and replacement of the existing riser piping in the wet well including guide rails; demolition and replacement of valve vault piping, fittings, and valves, and supports, including protective coatings; installation of permanent bypass piping connection; demolition and replacement of influent manhole ring; bypass pumping system and security fencing during the entire duration of work; site restoration. Bidder must be capable of executing a satisfactory performance bond and payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract sum in accord with the conditions of the contract. the bidder shall submit either a two percent (2%) certified or cashier's check or a five percent (5%) bid bond of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 calendar days from the date bids are open Final completion for all work shall be achieved within 30 calendar days from date of the Substantial Completion.
