Scope of Work: 1.Demo and remodel bathroom per the attached stamped drawings. 2.All work must be completed according to all applicable codes, industry best standards, and manufacturer's instructions. 3.Job will not be considered complete until the job is verified and accepted by Plant Superintendent of designated supervisor. 4.All work must be warrantied to be free of defects in workmanship for one year after completion of work.
