Renovation of a military facility in Aberdeen, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. Construction under the contract will include the contractor providing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the installation of one HVAC roof top unit (RTU) on an existing concrete pad at ground level. Fabricate and install ductwork to the exterior of the building to connect to the interior duct. Supply and install Interior ductwork with dampers, diffusers, and return grilles as needed for an operational system. Provide and install electrical service and 24-volt controls to serve the new RTU. Start unit to verify proper operation and balance airflow. Provide training to maintenance personnel on . All work shall be done in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions, drawings, statement of work (SOW) and other attachments set forth in the RFQ. IAW FAR 36.204 the estimated of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion shall be 90 days after issuance of the notice to proceed (NTP) Dept. of Labor General Decision #ID20230021 dated 5/12/2023 is applicable to this contract. This is a solcitation for a ground mounted RTU HVAC for the USDA ARS Small Grains and Potato Germplasm Research Facility in Aberdeen, ID. Please see the attachments for more information including how and when to respond to the solicitation.
