Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Lawrence, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work to be done under this contract includes: Reconstruction of Wakarusa Drive from Clinton Parkway to Research Park Way: including approximately 30,000 SY 10" concrete pavement, 3,800 LF of concrete storm sewer, 9,000 SY of concrete trail, 3,600LF of 8-12" waterline, street lighting, and traffic signal. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond no less than 5% of the amount of the bid made payable to the City of Lawrence, retained by the City Commission until a contract for the project shall have been awarded. Checks will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders when their bids are rejected. The City Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive informalities.
