Renovation of a water / sewer project in Clemmons, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Questions regarding specifications or scope of work should be submitted to russellf@cityofws.org by 5:00 PM, July 20, 2023. This Scope of work is for the removal of river sediment from the #2 Wet Well at the Idols Pump Station. The wet well is approximately thirty-three (33) feet long by nineteen (19) feet wide and four (4) feet - four and a half (4 1/2) inches deep. It is approximately twenty-four (24) feet from grade level to the bottom of the wet well. We are unsure how many cubic yards of river sediment there are in the wet well, but the first six (6) feet that we can see with the basin drained appears that the sediment is approximately four (4) feet deep. The physical address for the Idols Pump Station is 5485 Dock Davis Rd., Clemmons, NC 27012.
