Qualifications from companies interested in providing installation, upgrade, or repair of concrete. Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) is contracting to provide installation, upgrade, or repair of concrete. This is an Approved Vendor List award, for three (3) years with two (2) one-year renewal options (contract final expiration is July 31, 2023). Question Submission Close Date 7/10/2023 2:30 PM MDT The intent is to establish an open-ended approved vendor list. Vendors approved during this process will be deemed as being qualified to perform the solicited services for a period of 12 months, after which time an approved vendor must resubmit qualifications for evaluation and renewal. At the end of the 12 month period, this open-ended approved vendor list will reopen to allow for the required requalification of existing vendors, as well as to allow additional vendors to submit their qualification responses. The RFSQ can be reopened for any reason the State deems appropriate. This solicitation is a 12-month re-opening of the Approved List.
