Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will replace the existing pump systems in the East and Intermediate Pump stations to restore and improve flow through the glycol systems. Work will include pump removal, pump installation, pipefitting, conduit, and equipment demolition and installation. This project is to remove and replace all pumps (owner furnished), piping, and conductors and sealing the concrete vault in two glycol Pump Stations on the airport. Failure to provide this information and proceed with the download constitutes an automatic waiver of your right to receive a direct notification of any changes, corrections or addenda. A bid bond or cashier's check in a form acceptable to the City and in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Bid will be required on each Bid. Bid bonds/checks will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after tabulation and award of the contract. Anticipated Construction Notice to Proceed: August 10 th
