The Board intends to prequalify a maximum of three (3) respondents per type of work. The respondents will be ranked from highest to lowest total score for each of the type of work. Respondents may select to be prequalified for one or more VOR lists. Only respondents on the Board's VOR lists will be invited to bid on the Board's projects value under $100,000, unless otherwise allowed for in this document. Multiple VOR lists will be created based on the following type of work required: Type of Work: 1. Landscape services: Such as but not limited to; grading, sodding, shrubs, retaining Walls, pruning, interlock, play structure protective surface material delivery and installation and any other type of landscaping needs, etc; and Arborists services: All types of arboriculture work that requires a licensed certified arborist for permit as such but not limited to; planting, tree removal and stumps, trimming, preventive disease treatment on trees, etc.) Sectors where Works may be required: o Ottawa Center, Ottawa South, Ottawa East - Orleans, Ottawa West includes Kemptville, Barrhaven, Kanata, Nepean, Ottawa, Vanier, Orleans & Gloucester, Prescott - Russel, Stormont Dundas & Glengarry includes Rockland, Embrun, Casselman & Hawkesbury as well as Cornwall and Alexandria. The term of the prequalified supplier list is to be for a period of two (2) years with an option in favour of CEA FRANCOachat's participating agencies to extend the prequalified supplier list, unless otherwise agreed to by the participating agencies, on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of three (3) one (1) year periods.
