CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/23/2023 2:00 PM The general scope of services for this RFP is for a qualified solar contractor to design, engineer, construct, operate, and maintain a solar photovoltaic array at the Mark Lane Landfill in Waterbury. The solar array will participate in the NRES Program, with VNM for SAM properties, administered by Eversource, and will provide financial benefit to the City through a long-term power purchase agreement. The following sections of this RFP provides detailed information on (1) the Property site; (2) construction requirements; and (3) NRES Program requirements to assist Proposers in developing their proposals for a solar photovoltaic array at the Mark Lane Landfill.
