Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Bixby, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Complete interior and exterior renovation, structural modification, and addition to the existing building at 111 Cabaniss Ave for conversion into the new City of Bixby Municipal Building. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount over $50,000.00 (material venders not required). The City of Bixby reserves the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any or ail bids. Bids must be submitted with ALL Affidavits including Business Relationship, Nondiscrimination Certificate, Standard Subcontract Conditions, and the Non-Collusion Affidavit. Bids submitted without these Affidavits wiil be rejected. Al! pre-bid RFI's are due by EOB 6/30/23 *We would like to request that all bidders send a request to estimating@miller-tippens.com to receive all bidding documents*
