**As of September 21, 2023, Project has been awarded. Award amount is $191,601.14** The work to be performed includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. The work to be performed under this contract includes the installation of approximately 6,515 square yards of milling; 885 tons of HMA surface course; 5,795 linear feet of striping and other incidental work. Each bid must be made on the prescribed forms furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including Non-collusion Affidavit, and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00. Bids may be submitted by mail, but will be considered only if received on or before the date and time specified. The Township will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail if lost in transit at any time before bid opening. No bids will be received after the time set forth above. Bidders are advised that New Jersey Department of Transportation Local Aid funding will be utilized on this project. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27), and PL 1977, c.33. Bidders are required to comply with the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate Law, P.L. 2004, c.57.
