Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ochopee, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Construction, replace roof at ochopee ranger station in big cypress national preserve The Department of the Interior-National Park Service (NPS), Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a firm fixed price construction contract. It is the intent of this contract to provide professional, proficient and effective service in the replacement of the roof with shingles at the Ochopee Ranger Station within Big Cypress National Preserve (BICY) in Ochopee, FL. The work includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, transportation and supervision in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings that will conform part of the solicitation. This requirement is being prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36, Construction Contracts, and will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 238160, Roofing Contractors, Standard Business Size is $19M. The solicitation including all bid documents will be posted to the website SAM.gov on or about 17 July 2023, if you have any registration questions please call their help desk at (800) 899-6665. This solicitation (and any amendments) will be issued electronically only; no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed or issued. To receive the solicitation package you must download it from one of the above sites. Therefore is the contractor's responsibility to check the internet site daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Contractors must be registered in the SAMSystem for Award Management in order to receive contract awards. A date and time for the site visit will be specified in the solicitation. It is the incumbent for any interested parties to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and respond to them by the date and time set for receipt of proposal/quotes or amendments may render the offeror nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the offer. All prospective contractors are required to submit or upload their organization representation and certifications at www.SAM.gov prior to submitting their offer. Failure to do so will render an offer nonresponsive. No telephone offers accepted. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
