Central Texas College District (CTCD) requests proposals from contractors for job order contract (JOC) construction type services of a recurring nature. Services will be provided on an indefinite delivery, indefinite (IDIQ) basis. The services may include minor construction, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and remediation services as described in the Scope of Work, Section 3.0. The services provided must meet objectives as described herein and operate in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2269.401 et. seq.
Question Cutoff Date: 7/12/2023 04:00 PM (ET) Proposal evaluation 8/2/23 Presentation (if needed) 8/9/23 Board of Trustee Review 8/22/23 It is the intention of the CTCD to enter into a contract with one or more contractors to provide herein prescribed JOC services in facilities located at the Central (Killeen) and Fort Cavazos campuses. The resulting contract(s) will not exceed $500K annually or $2.5M over the life of the contract(s) It is the intent of the CTCD, to enter into a contract for JOC services for a base period of twelve (12) months, starting September 1, 2023 through August 31, 2024 and four (4) one (1) year exercisable option periods. The optional period(s), if exercised, will be initiated by written letter provided to the contracted firm, 90 days prior to the end of the current contract period. CTC reserves the right to reject any and all offers, waive minor informalities during the evaluation phase, and award a contract that best serves the College District. CTCD also reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time upon 30 days written notice; contractor is afforded the same right Performance and Payment bonds may be required for each project job order and shall be provided in accordance with the applicable requirements of Government Code Chapter 2253, Subchapter B, General Requirements: Liability. A Performance Bond is required for contracts in excess of $100,000 and a Payment Bond for contracts in excess of $25,000.00. In accordance with Government Code Chapter 2269.411.
