Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Avondale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call civil work for a primary / secondary education facility.
As of December 5, 2023, the Agua Fria High School District passed the 2023 bond vote. The funds will be used to help fund a new comprehensive high school to support growth, priority upgrades and repairs, safety capital projects, technology, student transportation vehicles. The funds will also be used for safety and security enhancements throughout the district. The tax rate associated with the district’s existing bond sales and the new $197,000,000 bond authorization would not increase. Safety & Security Enhancements Include: - Additional fencing - Cameras on all campuses - Window safety upgrades - Additional weapons detectors - Secure lobby spaces
