Avondale Water Reclamation Facility Phase 2 Expansion Location. 4800 S Dysart Road, Avondale , AZ 85323 The Phase 2 Expansion for the Charles M Wolf Water Reclamation Facility consists of infrastructure improvements to the existing facility to increase the treatment capacity from 9 MGD to 12 MGD, in anticipation of future increased sewer treatment demand from growth in all areas of development within Avondale. Improvements will include, but not be limited to, addition of a new grit chamber, expansion of existing equalization basin, addition of primary clarifier, rehabilitation of existing aeration basin, addition of a new aeration basin, blower facility upgrades, rehabilitation and addition of secondary clarifiers, digester rehabilitation and improvements, expansion and improvements to dewatering processes and solids handling processes, WAS storage improvements, odor control expansion, electrical upgrades, SCADA and security improvements, and general improvements to wastewater flow infrastructure throughout the plant.
