Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nashua, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Nashua, Division of Public Works, is seeking bids for a new handicap accessible pedestrian connector ramp from the north end of the City-owned Cotton Transfer Bridge to the existing paved pedestrian path that extends along the north bank of the Nashua River in Nashua, New Hampshire. Substantial Completion for the entire Contract shall be by December 12, 2023. Substantial completion is defined in Section 1.01 of the General Terms and Conditions. Final competition shall be June 7, 2024 Liquidated damages of $1,280 for each working day will be assessed for delays beyond the established dates for substantial completion and final completion. Question Deadline 07/20/2023 at 12:00 PM ET The City of Nashua, through the Mayor, who is awarding authority, reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids; to waive any defects, information, and minor irregularities; to accept exceptions to these specifications; to award contracts or to cancel this request if in the Citys best interest.
