Substantial Completion shall consist of all areas of 2nd and 3rd floors, vertical access/exiting areas (including elevator and stairways), rooms 100 and 101, and acceptance of all fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems. The date of Substantial Completion for base bid Phase 2 work shall be December 1, 2025 for the remainder of the work.
