**As of May 2, 2024, project was awarded to APAC-Shears, in the amount of $783,401.18** 2024 Street Rehabilitation (Various Streets) Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check, or an approved bidder's bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Any bid bond must be with a surety and guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Kansas and acceptable to the City as Surety. The work for this project shall be fully completed in forty (40) working days. An additional fifteen (15) working days shall be added if the project is awarded with the Add Alternate No. 1, an additional twenty five (25) working days will be added if awarded with Add Alternate No. 2, and an additional ten (10) working day will be added if awarded with Add Alternate No. 3.
