Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Section 202 of Executive order No 11246. NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR S WV LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION.
