Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 The removal of existing 'Delta' control system including all system hardware and infrastructure in its entirety .2 The removal and replacement of all existing VAV boxes with new .3 Removal and replacement of all existing heating control valves .4 Removal and replacement of all existing thermostats .5 Provide new DDC BMCS system to control air handling units, all existing BMCS controlled systems, new VAV boxes, new heating control valves (perimeter heating and VAV reheat coils) .6 Provide power as required to suit new controls .7 Provide new air and water balancing to all supply air diffusers and VAV boxes .8 Remove compressor and all existing pneumatics Bid values are undisclosed.
