Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. Completed plans call for the construction of a 864-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
The Province is requesting proposals for the design, supply and construction of a turnkey, four-season water distribution building with a concrete foundation/floor at Shunda Fire Base. The water distribution building will house five (5) potable water storage tanks, each holding 3,600 imperial gallons. Each tank is 9'6" in diameter and 8' high. The existing water distribution building is to be moved and secured to an existing concrete pad, as shown on the site map attached to the RFP. Shunda Fire Base Location Legal Land Description: NW-11-35-40-13-W5 GPS coordinates: N52 29.43' W115 45.52' Shunda Fire Base is located approximately 62 kms West on Hwy 11 from Rocky Mountain House. Coming from Rocky Mountain House, watch for the Misty Valley Estates sign and turn shortly after on Township Road 404B. Proceed another 5 kms to the base on the North side of the road.
