Site work for a water / sewer project in Central Elgin, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of a new Pollution Control Plant including all necessary conveyance including but not limited to gravity sewer, forcemain and SPS expansion or new. Project will be located at 10533 Dalewood Road in St Thomas. TIMELINE: Project model changed to a Progressive Design Build. Builder was secured through a negotiated RFP process; reference 2024-052 . Early works began September 2025. Completion is targeted sometime in 2030; exact timelines have yet to be finalized. *Project has been estimated at approx. 430 million. *Civil Engineers are WSP and JL Richards & Associates - several offices across Canada.
