Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking qualified General and Site Contractors to provide labor and materials for the demolition, trenching and installation of warehouse ramp and overhead door for the Woodmark Warehouse at 950 Main Parkway in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The work will consist of: Constructing a new concrete ramp and removal on 2 overhead doors and the installation of 1 new overhead door in accordance with the design documents prepared by MGM Design Group. o Contractor is to provide all labor to haul off of demolished materials and vegetation not useable for backfill. o Contractor is to provide all labor and materials necessary for grading and repairs of sidewalks, drives, drainage, parking areas, disturbed areas, etc. o Area is to have proper compaction and bedding in order to minimize settlement. o Contractor is responsible for all utility locates. o Contractor is to provide adequate protection to buildings and existing utilities. o Contractor is responsible for any damage to the existing building outside the scope of this project.
