Site work and addition to an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 46,670-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Expansion of Cégep de Saint-Jérôme facilities. The owner's "Transitional Project" includes the construction of an expansion of 4,321 m2 that will house dry classrooms, a multipurpose room, social spaces, rooms for committees and clubs, lockers, a computer lab for the media center and administrative and teaching offices. This project is a transition tool towards the accomplishment of a major expansion program that will be carried out in 2029. TIMELINE: Preliminary planning is in a very advanced stage. Working drawings are expected to begin in late fall 2025. Tender for the general contractor is anticipated in spring/early summer 2026.
