Site work and addition to an educational facility in Saint-Jerome, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 46,670-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Expansion of Cégep de Saint-Jérôme facilities. The owner's "Transitional Project" includes the construction of an expansion of 4,321 m2 that will house dry classrooms, a multipurpose room, social spaces, rooms for committees and clubs, lockers, a computer lab for the media center and administrative and teaching offices. This project is a transition tool towards the accomplishment of a major expansion program that will be carried out in 2029. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an architectural professional consultants for the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in late 2023. Schedules for further project development are being finalized.
