The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, lubricants, tools, equipment and labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, and every other item of expense necessary to perform monthly Elevator Maintenance, Inspection and Repair Services specified herein. Services shall be provided for the four (4) passenger elevators, and three (3) wheelchair conveyances for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) located at: California State Prison - Sacramento (CSP-SAC), 100 Prison Road, Represa, California 95671. This Agreement may not be amended to extend the term except where necessary to complete performance of the original agreement and not to provide for additional services.
