The Integrated Water Master Plan (IWMP), completed in 2022, identified several water distribution transmission mains that should receive a current condition assessment. The pipeline sizes are between 16-inch to 48-inch. The purpose of this project is to develop an assessment program, assess the individual water transmission main segments, develop recommendations, and prepare rehabilitation requirements and specifications. If determined to be in the City's best interest, the selected engineering firm may also provide design and construction administration service The selected firm (Consultant) will work closely with various City departments, including Engineering, Water Services, and others, as needed, during all phases of the project. The City will utilize the selected Consultant for the assessment services of the facilities. After the assessments are complete the City will utilize the selected Consultant for design, construction cost estimating, and construction administration services This could be a multi-contract project completed in several phases over the next three years.
