Sealed Statements of Qualification will be received until Friday, August 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. This is not a City of Glendale Capital Improvement Project. All pre-construction services, materials, labor, and everything necessary for the completion of the work listed is being offered through the public procurement process as administered by BYPG Holdings, LLC in compliance with A.R.S. 34-603 for the procurement of Professional and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services. The City of Glendale has entered into a development agreement with BYPG Holdings, LLC to procure and construct this project. CONSULTING SERVICES BYPG Holdings, LLC ("BYPG") is seeking a qualified construction manager/general contractor to provide design phase assistance and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for a City of Glendale wastewater lift station project to serve the future developments in the area. The City of Glendale designed and permitted the project and has entered into an agreement with BYPG to construct the lift station on behalf of the City. The estimated cost for this work is approximately $5,300,000. All qualified firms interested in providing the required services are invited to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). All SOQ's must comply with the requirements specified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Any SOQ submitted with a price component will not be considered and will disqualify the firm from selection. PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of Glendale entered into an agreement with BYPG Holdings, LLC on April 26, 2023, to construct Lift Station No. 7 ("Lift Station"). The lift station is located at 6281 N. Ball Park Boulevard, in Glendale, Arizona. The lift station is meant to generally serve the adjacent parcels to Ball Park Boulevard west of 99th Avenue. SCOPE OF WORK BYPG is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide limited pre-construction and full construction services during the design and construction phases of this project. The City entered into a professional services agreement with an engineering firm and has completed the design of the lift station. Because the plans and specifications are complete, the CMAR's pre-construction services will be limited to performing a constructability review and providing value engineering solutions prior to construction. The CMAR will provide limited pre-construction management services during the design phase of the project and will serve as the general contractor during construction of the project. The CMAR will assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) contract with BYPG.
