Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Glendale, Arizona. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This Design-Build (DB) project provided for an Addition and Alteration of Building 995 Egress Facility at Luke AFB located in Glendale AZ. The procurement action will result in a Firm Fixed Price "C" type contract for construction services with a 365-calendar day period of performance. This DB project constructs a 3,600 SF addition to Egress building 995, with reinforced concrete foundation and concrete floor slab, structural steel frames, split-face masonry unit walls, structural sloping metal seam roof, utilities, and fire detection and protection system. Provides utilities, site improvements, communication infrastructure, and all necessary work for a complete and usable facility. Work includes renovating 2,200 SF of interior space of the existing facility to meet mission requirements.
