Lead Water Service Replacements - Phase 1 The scope of work includes removal and replacement of approximately 70 lead water services in the Town of Reading, Massachusetts. Work shall be performed in both the public right of way and private properties. The Owner has secured or will secure the right-of entry for all work on private property. The scope of work shall include a premise inspection, service exploration, furnish and installation of underground water service line and appurtenances, and surface restoration in the public right of way and private property. The Contractor shall secure all local permits required to perform work.
