**As of September 26, 2023, project was awarded, start date is middle of October and will be completed by end of this year** Renovations of the HVAC system within the Sisson Elementary School. Equipment, piping and controls are to be replaced for a fully functional HVAC system for the school. In addition, there are ADA renovations which add a LULA lift and an ADA compliant Toilet room within the existing building. New Boiler Room and Rooftop Equipment will be required. There is an ADA compliance scope item to install a LULA lift for access to the upper level and an ADA accessible Toilet Room. The City is contracting for the abatement of hazardous materials within the interior of the building through outside contractors prior to and in conjunction with this project timeline.
