Freshman Academy Remove heat exchanger and all associated parts such as (valves-pneumatic controls and lines-Isolation valves-piping/insulation (Prep/cut back/rework domestic cold-water feed to be tied into new boilers being installed Location to be determined by owner). Remove AHU#1 and all associated controls-duct work and insulation to be cut back far enough to allow installation and retro fit of new unit-Remove controls and wiring as needed (to be determined by owner).
