he Contract provides for the the repaving of the following streets: Park Street from Heron to State Streets, Alder Street from Heron to State Streets, Broadway from Heron to Wishkah Streets, Broadway from Heron to State Streets and Market from B Street to the Fuller Way Round-about. The work shall include, but is not specifically limited to, planing of existing asphalt roadway, new asphalt pavement, adjustment of utility lids, pavement marking, traffic control and other items of work. The work shall be substantially complete within 30 working days after the commencement date stated in the Notice to Proceed.
