**As of September 27, 2023, project was awarded and construction will start next week..** The project consists of 0.1 miles of roadway, sidewalk, and drainage improvements on 10th Street from E. Leigh street to Duval Street within Virginia Commonwealth University's (VCU) Campus in the City of Richmond. The project includes proposed sidewalk, curb ramps, curb bump-outs, drainage improvements, and full road rebuild. Site staging, protection, and pedestrian safety will be a high importance throughout the project. Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 4, Item I, No. 3 of the Commonwealth of Virginia Purchasing Manual for Institutions for Higher Education and their Vendors.1 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
