The majority of the work will be interior: finish upgrades, new health area, upgrades to Board Room, reconfigure office and conference room spaces, and associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades. The exterior work will include new vestibule doors. The construction budget is approximately $335,000. The Project is estimated to achieve Substantial Completion on or before December 22, 2023.
