Renovation of a municipal facility in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000325164 Jefferson County requires the services of a contractor to replace the roof top units (RTU,s) which have reached the end of their useful life at the Parfet Building. The Work shall include the complete removal of the existing RTU,s and the installation of 16 new RTU.s on the east side of the building. The replacement units shall be like for like in tonnage as the existing units. Carrier units with adapter curbs and i-Vu Plus Building Automation cards installed are being specified for this replacement project.
