EARTHWORK AT WORKFORCE TRAINING CENTER BUILDING EXPANSION Please note that the last date for all questions to be submitted by bidders for this project is Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. (Noon). All questions must be directed in writing to Michael DePinto, via E-Mail: Michael.DePinto@raritanval.edu. Bidders are subject to the provisions of the County College Contracts Laws N.J.S.A. 18A:64A-25.5 governing bidding requirements. Bidders must comply with P.L. 2004, c. 57, Business Registration Act, as amended. Bidders must comply with P.L. 1999, c.238, The Public Works Contractors Registration Act, as amended. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor agrees to comply with P.L. 1975, c. 127, "Law Against Discrimination", current regulations. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The owner reserves the right to select any combination of bids or to award the contract in part or whole and to waive any informalities in or to reject any and all bids if deemed to be the best interest of the Owner to do so
