Site work for a water / sewer project in Xenia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnishing of labor and materials required for the redevelopment of City wells #5 and #6, according to the Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Specifications, and other information included in the bid packets. Bids are to be submitted on the following proposal: the provision of all labor, equipment, and materials required to clean and redevelop City wells #5 and #6, including pump and motor replacement and testing, as directed by the City Engineer, in accordance with the Specifications included in the bid packets. Bids are to be submitted on a per unit basis and are to be for complete work. The estimated cost for the project will not exceed $80,000. Pursuant to ORC Section 153.54, no bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by a Bid Bond for the full amount of the bid -OR- a cashier's check or certified check, issued by a responsible bank or trust company and payable to the order of the City of Xenia, or a letter of credit issued in accordance with ORC Chapter 1305., in the sum of at least ten percent (10%) of the bid. The City of Xenia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any discrepancies or irregularities in the Bids.
