Site work for a water / sewer project in Xenia, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of one prime contract for construction of approximately 8,700 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE membrane concentrate discharge piping from the Northwest Regional Water Treatment Plant to the intersection of US 35 and Factory Road. The Project also consists of approximately 1,400 linear feet of Horizontal Directional Drill of 10-inch HDPE under the Little Beavercreek and approximately 240 linear feet of Jacking and Boring 20-inch steel casing with 10-inch HDPE carrier pipe under Dayton-Xenia Road. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County.
