Project Description: The project is located at 1440 Rochester Road, Leonard, east of Orchard Street. The project site is located along the northern and eastern property lines, west of the Addison Township administrative offices and north of the existing gazebo and woodland. The site currently consists of an open field and several play, recreational, and picnic structures. The project includes installation of an asphalt walking path and an asphalt pickleball court with nets, posts, and striping for three play surfaces. It also includes the associated concrete banding, fence, gates, posts and footings, and seeding of disturbed areas.
