A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Reference Number 0000385031 The existing wastewater treatment lagoons located at Addison Oaks County Park are to have the existing liners removed and replaced with new liners. The liner cross section will consist of geomembrane outer liner and two feet of clay below the geomembrane. The liners will be excavated to allow for the new liner cross section. The excavated materials will be disposed of onsite. The existing electrical control equipment will be relocated as shown on the drawings. In addition, the existing piping valves and associated structures will be replaced. In addition, some bypass pumping from the east lagoon to the existing pump station will be required during the reconstruction of the storage lagoon. The work will be phased over the course of three years.
