Currently, the automated HVAC system is under multiple control platforms which are outdated or impacting patient care operations with ongoing issues requiring new equipment to address facility condition assessments requiring upgrades from their current rating. The automation system upgrade will assist to upgrade all floors of the main campus addressing constant air volume, variable air volume, air handlers, exhaust fans, and standalone equipment tied to the automation network. The contractor will furnish all materials, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to accomplish the project. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications, and drawings of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
