Qualified and experienced Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and all appurtenances for Force Main and Gravity Sewer Construction Improvements located on Henry Street, Punta Gorda, FL. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor (CUC) are required to perform services for this project. Question Deadline 07/26/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Bidders shall address all questions and request clarification for a Solicitation Package to the Purchasing Agent. Questions shall be submitted via email, fax or hard copy and shall be received by the question and clarification deadline stated above and on page 1 in the Solicitation Document (or as may be amended by Addenda). All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view. WAIVER OF RIGHTS. Failure to post a question or request for clarification by the established date and time shall constitute a waiver of the Bidderâs rights to protest the Solicitation Package, inclusive of addenda. Project site is located on Baynard Drive between Aqui Esta and Shreve Street. There are no plans set, however please refer to F2022108E2 -Gravity Sewer Construction Detail for city installation standards.
