Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Willmar, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes the construction of approximately: 1400 TONS BITUMINOUS PAVING 4874 CU YD COMMON EXCAVATION 2950 CU YD AGGREGATE BASE 950 LIN FT B612-B624 CURB & GUTTER 4700 SQ FT CONCRETE SIDEWALK 430 SQ YD CONCRETE DRIVEWAY 13500 SQ YD TURF ESTABLISHMENT 2200 SQ FT PAVEMENT MARKINGS Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with plans and specifications. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates, truck rentals, and responsible contractor certification. Bid documents are not yet available for download. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing to the Issuing Office.
