Reference Number 0000324409 The intent of this bid package is to provide the Town of Amherst (TOA) and the Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) with proposals from qualified respondents to provide Sodium Hypochlorite solution as described within this bid document. We are requesting pricing for a six-month term and a twelve-month term. The effective date of the contract shall be August 13, 2023. The contract may be extended for not more than two successive periods of equal length at the same bid price upon the mutual agreement of the successful respondent and the Town of Amherst. Deliveries to be made at the Town of Amherst Wastewater Treatment Facility, 455 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst, NY 14228.
